1. Shri M. R. Krishna Murthy, B.Sc., LL.B., FCMA

He retired as General Manager (Finance) under VRS scheme from National Textile Corporation (APKK&M) Ltd -A Govt. of India Undertaking, Bangalore.He has an overall experience of over 39 years in the field of Finance, Accounts, Costing, Corporate Planning, Budgets and MIS.During his tenure he has revived sick units to viable units. He was controlling 16 textile mills in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Pondicherry. He was the faculty for Financial Management, Advanced Cost & Management Accounting and Cost and Management Audit at The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Bangalore Chapter and at Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, Bangalore.
He served as the Chairman (Coaching), Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Bangalore Chapter of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has conducted several corporate training programmes. He has experience as Stock/Book-Debt Valuer for Banks. He is a practicing member of ICAI since August 2004.
He has vast experience as Cost Auditor & Management Auditor and has audited Central & State Public Sector & Private Sector Companies in Sectors such as Mines & Minerals, Energy (Power), Steel & Steel Products, Construction/Infra, Cement, Textile & Garments, Electronics & Telecommunication, Engineering, Batteries, Chemicals, Industrial Alcohol, Sugar, Bulk Drug & Formulations (Pharma Industry), Food &Beverages. When the Cost Compliance Audit & Certification was mandated, he has audited companies in Media (Printing & Publishing), Gems &Jewellery, Electrical and many other industries.
He is a management consultant for corporates and has designed and implemented costing system, project preparation and working capital management, indirect taxes and has done Internal Financial Control System verification. He has also vast experience in Co-operative Societies & Co-operative Banks Statutory Audit. He has travelled in U.K. and all over India.

2. Shri G.N.Venkataraman, B.Com.LL.B., FCMA,

He served BEML Ltd. &the Mysore Paper Mills Ltd. (MPM), public sector undertakings and also in several private sector industries. In ˜The Mysore Paper Mills Ltd., he held the position of Director (Finance) for seven years before his retirement. He served the Bangalore Chapter of ICAI as its Chairman (Coaching) & Chairman of the Bangalore Chapter, Chairman of South India Regional Council (SIRC), Chennai, as a Central Council Member and finally as the National President of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India during 2009-2010. He is the past president of Bangalore Management Association. He has over 45 years of experience in the field of Management of Projects, Finance, Accounts& Costing. He is a practicing member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1998.
He has vast experience in Engineering & Paper Industry and Co-operative Societies/Co-operative Banks statutory audit. He has travelled extensively across India and Abroad.

3. Smt. RUPA ACHARYA, B.Com., FCMA,

She Served BEML Limited, Bangalore, one of the major Public Sector Undertakings under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India in various capacities in the functional areas viz. Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Project Financing, Purchase scrutiny, Internal Audit and MIS for more than 12 years. She has successfully handled various audits such as Statutory Audit, C&AG Audit, Tax Audit and Cost Audit during her tenure. She played a key role in implementing various mandatory accounting standards while finalizing financial accounts of the company including segmental reporting and financial disclosures in the financial reports. Attended various income tax hearings representing the company and successfully completed various income tax assessments and also responsible in getting many income tax refunds from income tax department.
She resigned from the services of the company to pursue her career as a practicing professional. At the time of leaving the services of company, she held the position of Assistant Manager (Finance). Since 6th May 2011 she is also the practicing member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).
She has experience as Cost Auditor & Management Auditor and has audited Central & State Public Sector & Private Sector Companies in Sectors such as Mines & Minerals, Energy (Power), Steel & Steel Products, Construction/Infra, Cement, Textile & Garments, Electronics & Telecommunication, Engineering, Batteries, Chemicals, Industrial Alcohol, Sugar, Bulk Drug & Formulations (Pharma Industry), Food &Beverages. 4. Shri K. S. Satyanarayana, M.Sc., FCMA.

He retired as the Director (Finance) from National Textile Corporation (APKK & M) Ltd., A Govt. of India Undertaking, Bangalore, controlling spinning and weaving mills and sales show rooms in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Pondicherry. He revived sick mills into viable units under BIFR scheme. He has over four decades of experience and has served in both public and private sector companies in various capacities. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
He has conducted several corporate training programmers on Costing System, Cost Management and Cost Control Techniques. Currently he is the practicing member of ICAI and Cost Auditor, Cost & Management Consultant for several industries in many sectors. He has widely travelled in U.S.A. and Australia. His firm Sri Kashyap Consultants is the Stock & Book Debt Valuer with Canara Bank and Syndicate Bank for over a decade and for the past two years he is also the Stock Auditor for State Bank of Mysore.

5. Shri V. Rajaram, B.Com., B.G.L., FCMA,CISA

He retired as the Manager (Finance) in the year 2008 from National Textile Corporation Ltd., a Govt. of India Undertaking, Coimbatore. He served as Unit Head of NTC Mills in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala during his tenure. He has handled Cost Management & Cost Control activities at the Unit level and was responsible for Budgets and Budgetary Control and handling all financial and accounting activities including finalization of accounts. He is a fellow member and a practicing member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Currently he is also a Cost Auditor for NTC Mills. He has associated with Sri Kashyap Consultants, GNV & Associates and other professionals and conducting Stock/Book Debt, Revenue & Credit Audits for several Banks.
